• Personalized recovery plans (Premium)

3. Medical Disclaimer and Limitations

• Lustly is not a medical device or treatment
• The app does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition
• Content is for educational and informational purposes only
• Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals for medical advice

Professional Help

We strongly encourage users to seek professional help from:

• Healthcare providers
• Support groups
• Mental health professionals

Crisis Situations

In case of mental health emergency:

• Contact emergency services (911 in the US)
• Call a crisis hotline
• Go to your nearest emergency room
• Lustly is not equipped to handle crisis situations

4. User Eligibility

5. User Account and Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device

Appropriate Use

You agree to use Lustly only for its intended purpose and will not:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Subscription Terms

Premium Subscriptions

• Monthly: Automatically renews each month
• Yearly: Automatically renews each year
• Lifetime: One-time purchase, no recurring charges

Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You will be charged 24 hours before renewal
• Cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings
• No refunds for partial periods

Pricing and Changes

• Subscription prices may change with 30 days notice
• Current subscribers will be notified of price changes
• You can cancel before price changes take effect

7. Refunds and Cancellation

• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy
• Contact Apple Support for refund requests
• We cannot process refunds directly
• Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the billing period
